Sam is a third-generation builder and has seen every site condition, every tricky access point, and every challenge a block of land can throw at you, and more importantly, he knows exactly how to work with it. 


This isn't a sales visit. There's no pitch, no pressure, and no glossy brochure being waved in your face. Sam is a builder through and through and is there for one reason: to get the full picture of your property so that the advice and options you receive are as accurate and informed as possible. 


He will review the site, take detailed measurements, identify any potential challenges before they become problems, and gather everything needed to put together a quote that actually reflects your build - not a generic estimate. 


Step 2 — Enter Ruth: The Woman Who Doesn't Miss a Thing 


Once Sam has completed the site visit, everything gathered is handed to our Production Manager, Ruth. 


Ruth has been  in the game for over 30 years, and in that time, she's earned herself a nickname that tells you everything you need to know, Hawk Eye. Because Ruth doesn't miss a thing. Not a line item, not a detail, not a single cent or element of your build that could affect the final number. 


Her approach is meticulous, methodical, and thorough, and it's the reason why our quotes are as accurate as they are. Ruth takes immense pride in her work, and that pride is reflected in every fixed-price quote that leaves our office. 


Step 3 — Your Fixed-Price Quote, Within 48 Hours 


Within 48 hours of your site visit, you'll have your quote. 


Not an estimate. Not a ballpark. Not a "we'll confirm closer to the time." A fixed-price quote and the actual amount you can expect to invest in your Granny Flat, locked in and guaranteed.
