When this Brisbane family relocated from Sydney, they knew exactly what they needed, a smart, self-contained Granny Flat that could start earning as a rental and later become a comfortable home for their parents.


Our team delivered a 60m2 custom build in Algester, designed to maximise every square metre without compromise on quality or liveability. With two carpeted bedrooms, each fitted with split-system air conditioning and ceiling fans, the build is comfortable year round. The open plan kitchen and living area features timber look flooring, stone benchtops, an electric cooktop and oven, giving tenants or family members everything they need from day one.
