Granny Flat built to keep Dad close. 

When this family came to us, their goal was simple: keep Dad close. What followed was a careful, collaborative build that transformed a challenging built up block into a warm and welcoming home.

Working alongside a town planner, our team secured easy approval and managed the site's natural complexities with precision and care. The rendered exterior was designed to mirror the main dwelling, with matching tones and clean lines creating a cohesive result that looks like it was always part of the property.

Inside, the home is finished to a high standard throughout. The kitchen features gloss white cabinetry with brushed gold hardware, a tactile textured tile splashback, stone benchtops, and quality appliances including a dishwasher. 

The open-plan living area flows with warm timber-look flooring, benefiting from natural light, ceiling fans, split system air conditioning, and direct sliding door access to the yard. The bedroom includes a generous built-in robe, and the bathroom is beautifully appointed with full-height stone-look tiles, a frameless glass shower, wall-hung toilet and vessel basin vanity.

Every square metre was designed with purpose delivering a functional and comfortable home that is finished with the care that comes from building for family.
