This Worongary property has been in the family for more than 30 years - watched children grow up, hosted countless memories, and now, it's welcoming a new chapter. Three generations sharing one block.
The brief was clear: create a Granny Flat that felt like a home. Comfortable, functional, beautifully finished and perfectly suited to their relaxed lifestyle.
At 72m2 internally, the layout makes clever use of every square metre. The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen and living area. Warm timber-look flooring, a generous stone island benchtop, full-height cabinetry, and a striking green tile splashback that adds personality without overwhelming the space. Large windows frame the surrounding bushland, flooding the room with natural light.
Both bedrooms are thoughtfully designed. The main bedroom features plush carpet, direct access to the main bathroom, a ceiling fan, and split-system air conditioning. The second bedroom is also carpeted and serene, with bush views and the same creature comforts. The main bathroom impresses with large-format stone-look floor-to-ceiling tiles, a frameless glass shower, vessel basin, and a clean, contemporary feel. The separate WC and laundry combo keeps the practical side of life well-organised without sacrificing any of the main bathroom's style.
